We request that ALL patrons of Jaxx have some sort of picture ID, no matter what age you are. This is for your safety, for example, in case of illness and you are not able to speak we know who you are and can contact someone on your behalf. For minors this can be a State issued personal ID card or a school ID etc. Of course if you are over 21 and want to drink or be in the drinking area you will need a Driver's License or some other valid proof of age.

JAXX Spotlight band:

Note: Parents, you are allowed to bring your under 21 children to 21+ shows as long as you are responsible for them. Kids, if you would like to see a 21 and over show, you must have a parent with you. 5 or more shows a year are special promotions and HAVE to be 21 and up only. When in doubt call the club. All Ages Shows are 14 and up - under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
The reason our shows start and end later is we have many customers that come from all over the Country and we need to allow them a chance to arrive and see the entire show. If you feel it may be too late at night then perhaps take a nap before the show- remember, we are a Nightclub.
Unless otherwise posted all shows have the LAST band playing listed FIRST.
All show information including times, prices and line-ups
are subject to change without notice. Please note that we do not care one way
or another whether you videotape a show or take photos, it is up to the
individual bands to set their photo policies, some allow it, some don't
and there are variations on what is allowed, ask at the door when in doubt.

TICKETS: JAXX tickets are available at TICKETMASTER (202) 432-SEAT. Tickets are also available at the club on show days for any future event. There is no service charge when tickets are paid for in cash at the club. A $2 service charge per ticket will be added when using a credit card.
Call ahead for availability at 703 569 5940. A limited number of tickets are available for most Jaxx shows at Enter The Vault.

Local bands needed, see German thrash gods Destruction return to Jaxx and bring Brazilian brutal death metal stalwarts Krisiun to help with the sonic battering ram. Mantic Ritual, from Pittsburgh, were formerly Meltdown - The band changed its name to Mantic Ritual in September 2008 to avoid confusion with other bands called Meltdown. They are rerecording their debut album for release on Nuclear Blast early in 2009 under the new moniker. They play some fast, angry thrash in the early Metallica vein.
